Every player must have a Player’s Card, and just one Player’s Card per person. If you know that you HAD a Player’s Card in the past but don’t remember your Player Number and no longer have the physical card, you can use this form to recover that information.
According to Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) rules, anyone who plays at Playground must possess a valid Player’s Card.
When you submit the Recover Info form, Playground staff will receive the request and look up your Player Number, which we will send to you by email.
Plus, if you never had an email address associated with your account or have changed the email address, you will receive an official Welcome Email including your Player’s Card number and an invitation to click to create a password to log in to the Playground website.
