Every player must have a Player’s Card. If you know that you had one in the past but cannot remember your number and no longer have the physical card, you can use this form to recover that information.
According to Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) rules, anyone who plays at Playground must possess a valid Player’s Card. It is also needed to accumulate Rewards Points as you play.
When you submit the Recover Info form, Playground staff will receive the request and look up your card number, which we will send to you by email.
If you never had an email address associated with your account or have changed email addresses, you will also receive an official Welcome Email including your Player’s Card number and an invitation to create a password to log in to the Playground website.
