According to Kahnawake Gaming Commission (KGC) rules, anyone who plays at Playground must possess a valid Player’s Card. It is also needed to accumulate Rewards Points as you play.
When you submit your registration form, Playground staff will receive the request and process each one individually to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete. Once this has been done, you will receive an official Welcome Email including your Player’s Card number and an invitation to create a password to log in to the Playground website.
No. If you prefer, you can create your Player’s Card in person the first time you visit the club. The process takes about 5 minutes and it is free.
No. Each player should have a single account. In this case you should do one of the following:
A) Use the Recover Info form.
B) Visit Player Services at the Club the next time you visit.
C) Email info@playground.ca for help.
