Terms and Conditions
All payouts for the promotions will be funded from the Bad Beat Jackpot pull. This will continue to be managed as specified in the rules for the Bad Beat Jackpot.
Prizes won are final. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted.
Prize payouts are made immediately.
Payouts are made in poker chips. Players may add chips to their stack at any time between hands, but the table limits must be respected.
Decisions of the Poker Room Supervisor are final and without recourse.
Winners consent to the use of their name and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
In order to collect any payout, government-issued identification and a valid Playground Poker Club Player Card are required.
To be eligible for a High Hand, a minimum of five (5) players must be seated and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order for it to qualify for a High Hand.
To be eligible for a High Hand, players must play their hands independently. Any discussion of the prize during the playing of the hand may void qualification for High Hand promotions. If any player, whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand, passes information or instructs another on how to act or reveals his/her hand to other players, the High Hand will be disqualified.
If two (2) or more players hold a High Hand of equal value for a given period, the amount paid out will be split equally among the different winners.
In the case of multiple boards (e.g., running it twice), only the first board shall be valid for a High Hand.
Management will verify the eligibility of all qualifying High Hands before any prize is awarded. There will be no recourse if any player’s cards are mucked before surveillance was able to verify the hands and the community cards. Playground Poker Club management or staff will not be permitted to reconstruct the hands in any way.
