Pot Limit Omaha, 5-Card PLO, Hi-Lo

For players looking for a little variety in their poker action, Omaha is a great choice. Played as a Pot Limit game, Omaha has established itself as a player favourite, and Playground Poker is one of the only card rooms in Canada that spreads PLO on a daily basis. We also spread 5-Card PLO and, occasionally PLO8 (aka Hi-Lo).

No Limit Pineapple, NL Crazy Pineapple

Although not as frequently spread as NL Hold’em or PL Omaha, these two Pineapple variants are amazingly fun to play! What is Pineapple? It’s a variant of Hold’em except players are dealt three hole cards, not two. Preflop betting occurs exactly like in Hold’em, and for Pineapple once preflop betting is over, players must discard one hole card. For Crazy Pineapple, the discard is after the betting round on the flop.
