Weekly cash game giveaways

Making a big hand is no easy feat

That’s why Playground offers Daily High Hands to help players get the most from their lucky moments

Daily High Hands run throughout the week at our cash game tables. The hours and payouts vary from day to day, but some things remain constant; the minimum qualifying hand is always quad sevens, and any unclaimed prizes roll over to the next time frame. So get set for some huge payouts!

All cash game tables can now get in on the added value because Omaha games are eligible for Daily High Hands. That’s right! Omaha players are eligible for High Hand payouts, but the qualifying hand must be made on the flop.

General Rules:

  1. Minimum qualifying hand is 7777x.
  2. Payouts are made immediately.
  3. Payouts are made in poker chips. Players may add chips to their stack at any time between hands, but the table limits must be respected.
  4. Payouts are made at the end of every time frame. A time frame ends one (1) second before the listed end time.
Example: The first hourly payout on Monday is at 11:00am. It is paid out to the player who tabled the highest qualifying hand between 10:00am and 10:59:59am.
  5. If there are no qualifying hand during any given time frame then the unawarded prize money rolls over to the next time frame.
  6. If the final prize of the day rolls over, the promotion then continues on 30-minute time frames until there is a winner, with no increase in payouts.
  7. Players do not have to be present at the end of a period to retain eligibility. If the winning player is absent, Playground will hold their prize until they are able to collect.
  8. If two (2) or more players hold a High Hand of equal value for a given period, the payout will be split equally among the winners.
  9. In the case of multiple boards, i.e., if players agree to run it more than once, only the first board shall be eligible to produce a qualifying High Hand.
  10. All payouts related to these promotions are funded from the Bad Beat Jackpot pull. This will continue to be managed as specified in rule #10 of the Bad Beat Jackpot Rules and Procedures.
  11. The hand does not have to go to a showdown in order to qualify. However, the qualifying High Hand must be tabled and acknowledged by the dealer.
  12. A minimum of five (5) players must be seated and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order to be eligible for a High Hand if playing Hold’em.
  13. A minimum of three (3) players must be seated and dealt in at the beginning of the hand in order to be eligible for a High Hand if playing Omaha.
  14. Omaha players qualify on the flop only. However, the High Hand may be tabled and acknowledged by the dealer on any street.
  15. Players must use both hole cards in Hold'em and two (2) of their four (4) hole cards in Omaha to make a qualifying hand.
  16. Players must play their hands independently. If any player, whether directly or indirectly involved in the hand, passes information or instructs another on how to act or reveals their hand to other players, the High Hand will be disqualified.
  17. Any discussion of the prize during the playing of the hand may void qualification for a High Hand payout.
  18. Management verifies eligibility of all qualifying High Hands before any prize is awarded. There will be no recourse if the hand is mucked before surveillance was able to verify the hole cards and the community cards. Management will not be permitted to reconstruct the hand in any way.
  19. Prizes won are final. No substitution or transfer of prizes are permitted.
  20. Decisions of the Poker Room Supervisor are final and without recourse.
  21. Winners consent to the use of their name and photographs for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
