Essential Guide to Playground
The Playground Complex is ground zero for gaming entertainment: great food, great service, and Playground Rewards. Make your way to the Rail Coal Fire Bistro for a wonderful meal with family and friends, or visit the Playground gaming areas for a night out full of excitement - electronic gaming or cash game poker... at Playground, every night is a wild night!
Parking
Free Valet
When you pull in from the highway, you will notice the portico in front of the main entrance. Drive right up and let our valet take care of parking your car! Are you visiting during a popular promotion? Don’t let the increase in traffic force you to take a long walk! Use the valet… it’s FREE!
Self-parking
If you prefer to park your vehicle yourself, drive straight past the portico at the main entrance, and our parking lot will appear in front of you. There are over a thousand well-marked spaces in our self-parking lot, and it’s well lit at night for your security.
Player Services / Player Rewards
Player Services
The Player Services desk is the first counter on your left when you walk in through the main entrance. Stop by to have your Player’s Card made, to browse Playground merchandise, or to ask any questions you may have about our operations. Player Rewards
The Player Rewards desk is located at the other end of the complex, near the entrance to the Electronic Gaming Space. Our Player Rewards Specialists can also provide you with a Player’s Card. They are the ideal staff members to ask about Playground Rewards, as well as any EGD-related promotion.
Player's Card
If it’s your first time visiting us, make a quick stop at Player Services if you’re going to play poker, or at Player Rewards if you’re going to play EGDs, and have your Player’s Card made. This card will be required for any gaming activity you choose to indulge in: Electronic Gaming Devices, cash game poker, or a poker tournament. Your Player’s Card is also your key to enjoying the benefits of Playground Rewards. The card, linked to your account, allows you to accumulate and redeem Rewards Points for some great benefits.
If you want to save a little bit of time, you can sign up for a Player’s Card online prior to your first visit - your card will be waiting for you at the Player Services desk when you arrive. This is not required, however, and it will take less than 5 minutes to have yours made once you arrive.
Merchandise
The Player Services desk is where you may browse and purchase exclusive Playground merchandise. We sell hoodies, t-shirts, polos, hats, replica dealer buttons, card protectors, and more! If you want to be the most fashionable player at the tables when you return to your “home” gaming venue, treat yourself with some of our awesome Playground gear!
Massage therapy
Our certified massage therapists, “the best hands in poker,” will make sure that you stay relaxed at the poker table to help you make better decisions! The best way to book a massage is to simply visit the Player Services desk and make a request. If a massage therapist is not immediately available, Player Services staff will put you on the waiting list. Best of all - massage therapy is only $1.50/minute! Let the stress out and focus on your game!

Cashier
Your next stop is the cashier, commonly referred to as the cage. The poker cashier is located in the area between the main entrance and the Poker Hall. Whether you’re interested in buying or selling cash game chips this is where you will complete your transaction.
If you wish to redeem an EGD ticket in person, there is an EGD cashier located within the Electronic Gaming Space for your convenience. However, all of our machines are equipped with a TITO system - ticket in ticket out - meaning you can simply insert your ticket into another machine if you’re planning to keep playing. ... The poker cage is also where you may buy and sell cash game poker chips. You can buy your chips directly at the table - but you would miss out on the guilty pleasure of arriving fresh at the table with a full rack of chips! After your session, just visit the cage on your way out to sell your chips, or save them for your next visit!

Cash games
Our cash games run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. At any time of the day, you can find $1/$2 NL Hold’em, $2/$5 NL Hold’em, $2/$2 PL Omaha and $5/$5 PL Omaha. We can also spread other games, and will help getting enough players together to open one if you share your interest.
To play your favourite cash game, simply visit our Brush Desk, located directly in the Poker Hall.
At the Brush Desk, let our Cash Game Floor staff know what game and stakes you wish to play. If there’s a table open, they’ll give you a seating chip that you can take directly to the table. If there are no seats open, staff will add your name to the waiting list and call you over the public address system when a seat opens up. You can also add your name to a waiting list up to one hour prior to your arrival by downloading the Poker Atlas App or texting your player ID, name and limits to 514-616-5176
Electronic Gaming Devices
At the far right end of the Poker Hall you will find our Electronic Gaming area. This space is equipped with over 600 Electronic Gaming Devices. Engaging video entertainment is backed by some amazing promotions. If you’re looking for a magical night of video gaming fun with friends, Playground is where you need to be!
Games include Fù Guì Róng Huá, China Shores, Raging Rhino, Buffalo Gold, Lightning Link, Rising Fortunes, Double Blazing 7’s and many more!
