How to Qualify

$100,000 Bust the Bank

There are two (2) ways to participate in this promotion, as detailed in rules 1, 2, 3, 4 and 9

1. Players receive ONE (1) draw entry for every TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY (250) Rewards Points earned while playing Electronic Gaming Devices (“EGD”) or Electronic Table Games (“ETG”).
2. On Tuesdays players receive one (1) draw entry for every one hundred and twenty five (125) Rewards Points earned while playing Electronic Gaming Devices (“EGD”) or Electronic Table Games (“ETG”).
3. Players must present themselves to the Player Rewards desk or EGD cashier and request to have their entries printed. Players then need to place their entries inside their tier specific raffle drum located on the EGD gaming floor.
4. Red tier and Black tier members also received one (1) electronic draw entry for every two hundred and fifty (250) Rewards Points earned and one hundred and twenty five (125) Rewards Points earned on Tuesdays while playing EGDs or ETGs.
5. Players may also purchase entries for two hundred and fifty (250) points.
6. For every draw day, players have up to one (1) week to earn raffle entries.

7. To be part of a draw, a ballot must be deposited into the designated draw drum by the participant before the corresponding earning period ends.
8. Players can also be selected via Hot Seat draw, which is further explained in point 3(b) of the section titled Draw Process.

$1 Million Bust the Bank

9. Only players that have collected Golden Tickets between April 8 to May 26, 2024 are eligible to play.
10. Players collect Golden Tickets the following ways:
    1. By being called up to play Bust the Bank on any of the draw days listed in point 7 in the “How to Qualify” tab.
    2. Golden Tickets are awarded via Hot Seat draw, every day from May 20 to 24, at a rate of 2 per hour from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
    3. Every Thursday between April 11 to May 16, Golden Tickets will be awarded, along with $50 in Free Play, via Hot Seat draws, at a rate of 2 per hour from 11:00am to 11:00pm.
    4. Golden Tickets can also be awarded randomly, at the gaming supervisor’s discretion.

Draw Process

$100,000 Bust the Bank

1. There are a total of one hundred and twenty (120) prizes available to be won via this promotion.
2. Draws are conducted five times per draw day, at 2:00PM, 3:30PM, 5:00PM, 6:30PM and 8:00PM, on the following days:
   1. Sunday April 14, 2024
   2. Sunday April 21, 2024
   3. Sunday April 28, 2024
   4. Sunday May 5, 2024
   5. Sunday May 12, 2024
   6. Sunday May 19, 2024
   7. Sunday, May 26, 2024
3. Four (4) contestants are picked at each draw time, for a total of twenty (20) contestants per draw day, via the following methods:
   1. Two (2) contestants will be selected from the raffle drum, as per rules 1-4 in the How to Qualify section.
   2. For the draws held at 2:00PM, 5:00PM and 8:00PM, one (1) contestant will be selected by electronic raffle among Black tier members.
   3. For the draws held at 3:30PM and 6:30PM, one (1) contestant will be selected by electronic raffle among Red tier members.
   4. One (1) contestant is selected via Hot Seat draw, including all active EGD players at the time of the draw.
   5. To be eligible for their tier specific electronic draws, Black and Red tier members are required to check-in prior to the scheduled draw time. Check-in is done by earning at least twenty five (25) Rewards Points points, on any EGD, within the 30 minute window prior to the draw. The periods are as follows: 1:30PM to 2:00PM, 3:00PM to 3:30 PM, 4:30PM to 5:00PM, 6:00PM to 6:30PM and 7:30PM to 8:00PM.

$1 Million Bust the Bank

4. There are a total of eight (8) prizes available to be won via this promotion.
5. 3 games will be played on Sunday, May 19, 2024, starting at 9:00PM and 5 games will be played on Sunday May 26, 2024, also starting at 9:00PM.
6. Contestants will be selected at random from the Golden Ticket raffle drum, which contains all prior Golden Ticket winners.
7. Golden Ticket draws for the Finales are conducted after the 2:00PM, 5:00PM and 8:00PM games on Sunday, May 19 and after the 2:00PM, 3:30PM, 5:00PM, 6:30PM and 8:00PM games on Sunday, May 26.

General

8. Winners must be in attendance at the time of the draw to win. The selected names are announced over Playground’s internal public address system on the gaming floor. The selected names have five (5) minutes from the time of the announcement to present themselves at the promotions area to participate.
9. If, at the end of the above-mentioned time interval, an eligible selectee has not presented themselves at the designated area, a site representative draws one (1) additional ballot from the same raffle drum that the original selectee was called from. This process continues until all eligible selectees are present.
10. Guests are eligible to play Bust the Bank once (1) per draw day. A guest who has played the mini-game, but did not move on to play Bust the Bank is eligible to be called up again, until the moment he/she plays the actual Bust the Bank game.
11. Players that are called a second time, after playing Bust the Bank, on the same draw day get a Golden Ticket as an alternate prize.
12. On May 19 and 26, 2024, a player may win once during the $100,000 game as well as once during the $1,000,000 game.
13. The chance of being selected in any draw is dependent on the number of entries received for that draw.

Game Description

$100,000 Bust the Bank

1. Once all four (4) contestants have been selected and are at the stage area, a mini-game called Dice Roll is played to identify who will move on to play Bust the Bank.

2. The game host spins the “multiplier wheel” which contains multipliers ranging from 5x to 25x.
3. Each of the four (4) contestants then roll a pair of dice.
4. All contestants win the equivalent of their combined roll number, multiplied by the number from the “multiplier wheel,” in free play. The minimum amount of free play a player can win is $25.
5. The contestant with the highest combined roll also moves on to play Bust the Bank.

Bust the Bank

6. The Bust the Bank game board contains twenty (20) vault numbers, each with their own corresponding envelope.
7. Ten (10) envelopes contain the Playground logo and the other ten (10) contain an “X” symbol.
8. For each game, the contestant selects one of the twenty (20) vault numbers from the game board and the host opens the corresponding envelope. Each time the contestant chooses an envelope containing the Playground Logo, the prize amount increases. Each time the contestant selects an “X” envelope, it’s one strike against them.
9. Contestants continue selecting envelopes until they uncover three (3) “X” symbols, at which point the game ends.
10. However many Playground logos the contestant can uncover before receiving three (3) “X” symbols determines the prize they win.

1. The game is played as per rules 6 to 10 above.

Eligibility

1. The promotion is open to all Playground members.
2. The promotion takes place at Playground.
3. Employees of Playground, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, children, siblings, parents) are ineligible to participate in the promotion.

General Rules

$100,000 Bust the Bank

1. In the event that more than one person wins the top prize of $100,000, the prize amount will be split evenly among all winners.
2. In the event that the top prize of $100,000 is won, the winning player(s) acknowledges that payment will be available for collection as of May 27, 2024 - not on the day of the actual win.

$1 Million Bust the Bank

3. In the event that more than one person wins the top prize of $1,000,000, the prize amount will be split evenly among all winners.
4. The $1,000,000 top prize shall be paid out in twenty (20) equal annual installments, the first of which shall be available for collection as of May 27, 2024 - not on the day of the actual win.
5. In the event that more than one person wins the second to top prize of $50,000, the prize amount will be split evenly among all winners.
6. In the event that the second to top prize of $50,000 is won, the winning player(s) acknowledge that payment will be available for collection as of May 27, 2024 - not on the day of the actual win.

General

7. When receiving their printed entries, it is the participating patron’s responsibility to verify that the correct number of ballots is issued.
8. All participants must present a valid government-issued photo identification upon request.
9. Playground reserves the right to change or alter this promotion, as it deems appropriate, including, but not limited to, making changes or alterations to these Rules and Regulations relating to the accommodation of participants.
10. Patrons with self-excluded or banned status, as determined by Playground, are not eligible for any of the gifts/prizes associated with Playground contests, promotions, tournaments or giveaways.
11. All references to times and dates reflect Eastern Time.
12. By participating in the promotion, winners hereby irrevocably permit, authorize, grant, and license Playground and their affiliates and partners the rights to display, publicly perform, exhibit, transmit, broadcast, reproduce, record, photograph, digitize, modify, alter, edit, adapt, exploit, sell, rent, license, otherwise use, and permit others to use, your name, image, likeness, and appearance, voice and other personal characteristics and private information in perpetuity throughout the universe in any medium or format whatsoever now existing or hereafter created, including but not limited to, in and on any print, publication, social media, video, media, display, point-of-sale, and other advertising and promotional materials, press releases, the internet and other digital transmission or delivery methods,mobile applications, on any platform and for any purpose, including but not limited to advertising, public relations, publicity, packaging, and promotion of Playground and its affiliates and their products, and services, without further consent from or royalty, payment, or other compensation to you.
