Your safety is our number one priority, which is why we’ve implemented strict protective and preventive measures to ensure a secure gaming environment for players and staff alike. Take a look below to get a better idea of what to expect.
Proof of Vaccination
As of Monday, February 28, 2022 at 5:00am, ′Proof of Vaccination′ (′Vaccine Passport′) will no longer be required for all guests entering the Playground Complex, including The Rail Coal Fire Bistro.
Members are no longer required to wear masks in the Playground Complex.
There are currently no restrictions or limitations on the amount of tables or EGDs. All our games are available to play.
There are currently no capacity limitations in place for our establishment.
Our gaming floor is configured to provide a safe gaming environment for players and staff alike, while following all local guidelines.
We ask that all guests maintain a safe distance between other guests while in queue, such as the cashier, ATMs and self-redemption kiosks.
Posters and signage
Posters, signage and graphic displays are strategically placed across our gaming floor to provide visual reminders of social distancing, as well as reminders to frequently wash and/or sanitize your hands.
Sanitizer stations have been set up between most of our game banks, and poker tables, as well as throughout our complex, to ensure their accessibility to guests anywhere in the building.
Updates to our F&B service
Complimentary drink service is offered to all players actively playing EGDs or poker. Poker players also benefit from complimentary food at our cash game tables, which is currently limited to a maximum of five (5) players seated at the same table, at the same time.
Our Free Valet Service is still available. Our Attendants are required to wear masks, both inside and outside the vehicles, sanitize their hands before receiving a vehicle and remain a minimum of six feet (6’) from guests. Weather permitting, they will also lower the vehicle’s windows once they enter and close them once they have parked it. Valet Attendants will not operate a vehicle that is occupied.
The text to valet service is not currently available but will return soon.
If you prefer to park your vehicle yourself, drive straight past the portico at the main entrance, and our parking lot will appear in front of you. There are over a thousand well-marked spaces in our self-parking lot, and it’s well lit at night for your security.
Smoking rooms on property will be accessible.
Employees who show any flu-like symptoms have been instructed to stay home and get tested for COVID-19. Further, every employee must submit a completed self-assessment questionnaire prior to being granted access to the building. This must be completed for each workday, without exception.
Physical distancing protocols are used in the employee break and dining room, changing areas, shared spaces and other high-density areas. As with customer-facing areas, every other seat, station or desk will be removed to maintain a minimum of 6 feet between each seated employee.
